KNIFE-N-FORK, HOISIN PORK!


Monday dinner.

Vibrant and colorful peppers. The deeper the color of the vegetable, the more nutrients it has.
Those colors are shouting "I have lots of vitamin C!"





The peppers went on an asian salad topped with my latest invention...
Tofu Croutons. Protein-y croutons. :)
